named one of the MilwaukeeJournal Sentinel’s Top Workplaces in
southeastern Wisconsin. Top Workplaces are determined based on employee
feedback via an anonymous online survey.
This is the fifth straight year that UMBFS has been named a Top
Workplace. In addition, UMBFS has garnered special distinction awards
during the past five years for overall company direction, employee
